Shipping
Australian orders $10 Express Shipping
All Australian orders over $200 will automatically receive free express shipping.
All SL Design Jewellery will be express posted using Australia Post. These services are the most efficient, cost effective and secure available to deliver your piece to you. All packages are sent with a signature on delivery. You will receive tracking updates to your provided email address when the parcel is on the way.
We only send to Australian addresses or PO boxes, parcel lockers or parcel collect.
Due to the value of our pieces, we select Signature on Delivery for all parcels. If no one is home it will be taken to your local Post Office or parcel centre for collection with Photo ID. Please note any SL packages that have been scanned as delivered cannot be refunded or remade.
Returns
We do not accept exchanges or returns simply because you have changed your mind. Please consider this prior to placing your order. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you might have about the product prior to purchasing it.
We will repair manufacturing faults at no cost within 6 months of the purchase date, however it is our policy that you return the piece for inspection before agreeing to the repair. We reserve the right to not repair, or to add a cost to any goods returned after the aforementioned 6 month period. Manufacturing faults do not include; broken chain, chipped or scratched surfaces, general wear and tear including rings that have been bent out of shape, oxidised or on which the plating is fading. We do not accept any returns that have been worked on by any other jewellers prior to the return, as we cannot guarantee the work of jewellers outside of SL Design
SL Design jewellery is made by hand, each piece is individual and therefore slight alterations from the images shown on the website may occur.
We advise you to measure the length you would like before ordering a necklace. The best way to do this is to put a piece of string around your neck and measure the length you like. Please note any returns for change of length will incur a fee.
How to order custom jewellery
Please send us an enquiry using the form above or by emailing info@sldesignco.com.au with an idea of what you are wanting to create.
We will then arrange a time to book a (free) consultation either via phone or a virtual appointment.
We will then send through a quote, if you are happy with the quote we will require a 70% deposit.
Full payment will be required upon completion.
Once your custom piece is ready it will be shipped to you via express post. Please allow between 2-4 weeks for customised pieces.
